“There is a child who is seriously injured or dies every 30 seconds”, Michelle Yeoh said. “I think all of us have to support this campaign. We need to protect our future, we need to protect our children”. Michelle Yeoh filmed an endorsement in support of the campaign to help raise awareness of the scale of the road injury crisis facing the developing world, and will be giving further support to the Make Roads Safe campaign during 2008. She has starred in movies including ‘Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon’; ‘Memoirs of a Geisha’; ‘Sunshine’ and the James Bond film ‘Tomorrow Never Dies’.
