‘Mama Africa’ adds her voice to Make Roads Safe

South African signer Miriam Makeba has become the latest personality to add her name – and her famous voice – to the Make Roads Safe campaign.

The anti-apartheid and civil rights campaigner and internationally renowned signer, known as ‘Mama Africa’ to her fans, signed the Make Roads Safe petition during a campaign swing organized by the AA of South Africa. Also signing up were the current and previous Miss South Africas.
