Make Roads Safe campaigners attended the International Belgrade Motor Show in Serbia this week to raise awareness of the need for international action on road deaths. Make Roads Safe activities were held at 40 stands at the motor show, alerting many of the 250,000 visitors to the campaign. The campaign team from the Automobile and Motorcycle Association of Serbia and Montenegro raised thousands of signatures on campaign postcards which will be sent to the UN Secretary General Ban ki Moon in advance of the UN General Assembly in November.
