Campaign Goes on the Road

The Make Roads Safe campaign will be joining Dirty Pretty Things' UK tour in November and December.

Make Roads Safe

Make Roads Safe will have a presence at each gig to promote the messages of the campaign which calls for international action by the G8 and UN on global road traffic injuries. Dirty Pretty Things have also agreed to endorse the campaign by including the Make Roads Safe logo on all ads and tickets for the 15 date national tour, which kicks off on 25 November in Liverpool. Dirty Pretty Things are also producing a special range of t-shirts for the tour, featuring the Make Roads Safe logo. The tour partnership follows a successful one off gig for the campaign by Dirty Pretty Things on 13th September in London, which featured guests Russell Brand and Paul Weller.

Campaign Coordinator Saul Billingsley said: “We are delighted that Dirty Pretty Things are taking the Make Roads Safe campaign with them on the road this winter. This will provide an opportunity to reach tens of thousands of fans with the campaign messages, and we are grateful to the band for their strong backing for the campaign”.
